A packaging and a special card is attached with the purchase at no charge.

Another attached note will tell you more about your purchase and give you an idea how to store, handle and clean your designer piece of jewellery so it always stays in the same excellent condition as it has been on the day of your purchase.
Shipping guarantee
Free shipping is available together with the purchase of jewellery from Natalia's online store to the customers in Canada and the USA if the purchase is final. If you are in a country that is different from Canada and the USA, you should write me an e-mail first, so I can count the price of shipping before you make payment. If you make a payment first, you will need to pay for the shipping before I send you the pieces you choose for purchase.
It may take up to two weeks for a piece to be sent if it is not in stock.

All crocheted pieces are original. If you order happen to come second, your piece might slightly differ from the picture. Therefore, it may take up to seven days for a piece to be sent if it is not in stock. If you cannot wait, write me first about the availability of the piece of your choice.
The crocheted pieces come with a simple elegant sterling silver chain that might be different from the one in a picture.
If you are ordering a piece of jewellery by Natalia's friends, it may take up to
one month for your order to arrive.
Refund guarantee
If, for any reason, within 30 days of sending out the piece, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
you may send your piece back. I will give you money back. However, I will keep the amount that has been spent
on the shipping in the first place. Please note, that shipping is free together with the final purchase. If the piece is being sent back, shipping is no longer considered free.
You need to contact me before the piece has been sent. You may send the piece back if you did not use it and it is still in an excellent condition for resale. To guarantee this I will do a refund (though keeping the amount for the first shipping) only after I have gotten the piece. If any damage has been done, an amount that is necessary for repair is going to be kept.
